Thank you for your interest in attending the Hayabusa Symposium. Please fill out the form below to register.
If you are planning to give an oral or poster presentation, please complete both the registration and abstract submission here.

  • You have not received the automatic confirmation email after registering for the symposium.

    (Please first check your junk/spam mail folder if you have not received the confirmation email.)


  • You encounter a website error during the registration process and cannot complete your registration.

Would you like to attend the LAB TOUR?

For the tour date and further details, please refer to the Symposium Program, which will be released on October 13.

Advance registration is required for participation.

Please note that on-site registration will not be available.

The LAB TOUR is held annually, and the content will be the same as that offered last year.

It will take approximately 30 minutes and will be held during the lunch break.

Would you like to attend the SOCIAL GATHERING?

It will be held in the evening on November 26.

The fee is 6,500 JPY for general participants and 4,500 JPY for students (Student rate is available only to students who are not employed full-time).

For details of the venue and the exact starting time, please refer to the Symposium Program, which will be released on October 13.

The SOCIAL GATHERING is open to all participants and designed to be an informal event that anyone can join.

Individual dietary requests, such as allergies or vegetarian meals, cannot be accommodated.

If you wish to join it, please proceed with the payment via the link provided on the registration confirmation page or in the confirmation email.

Due to system constraints, the payment link will be shared with all registrants, including those who selected “No” for participation.

By registering, I agree to the following terms:

1. I understand that any information presented or discussed during the symposium must not be shared or disclosed elsewhere without the presenter’s permission.

2. (For on-site participants only) I confirm that my visit to JAXA is solely for attending the symposium and that I have no other purposes, such as meetings with non-participants or laboratory visits.
