Process to participation

Because following things are under consideration, they are subject to change without notice.

At first, please register your information here,
then you will get the URL to access to create "Zoom" account for the conference.
After you create "Zoom" account, you will get the URL to enter the conference room.
The e-mail will be sent around mid-November.

The conference will be held by "Zoom".
Please install it on your device in advance. download (external link)

e-poster

The poster presenters should submit their presentations in PDF file (max 10 MBytes, free format) beforehand to be archived in the symposium web site whose URL will be informed only to the attendees.
During the poster sessions, a breakout room of the Zoom meeting will be prepared for each of the posters and they will be able to make presentations and discussions there.

After creation Zoom account, you will get the information of the conference room.

A1. The e-mail will be sent around mid-November.
