The 1st Ryugu Sample AO accepted 40 research proposals.
ASRG had called for proposals worldwide for the first opportunity announcement for the Ryugu sample in December 2021. We had 105 of the Notice of Intent and 57 research proposals from 12 countries. The Ryugu Sample AO Panel deliberated and selected 40 submissions (74 samples).
ASRG will start sample distribution with pleasure for the successful researchers.
