Announcement of the selected proposals for the 2nd Ryugu Sample AO

In June 2022, ASRG called for proposals worldwide for the second Announcement of Opportunity (AO) for the Ryugu sample. We received 60 notices of intent, and 47 research proposals from 9 different countries. After careful deliberation, the Ryugu Sample AO Panel selected 38 proposals for adoption, and allocated 63 pristine samples for distribution. ASRG will now prepare the samples for distribution to the Principal Investigator of each of the successful proposals.
