FE-EPMA

We recently introduced our FE-EPMA for analysing fine microstructures in the extraterrestrial rocks and mineral samples in our laboratory. Currently, we are setting up the instrument for operation. The FE-EPMA is equipped with a soft X-ray spectroscopy analyser, which is new technology that has only been used in a few cases previously.
