Press Conference
Material from the Hayabusa2 press conference on Apr. 27th, including initial results obtained from spectroscopic measurements (FTIR and MicrOmega) of the sample from Ryugu.
These early results indicate that the sample seems to consist of primitive material from the Solar System, containing water or carbon related minerals, indicating the existence of water in Ryugu’s parent body.
