Call for proposals for AO2026 for Ryugu and Bennu samples is now open

The call for proposals for research on samples returned from asteroids Ryugu and Bennu (AO2026) is now open. To encourage comparative studies between the Ryugu and Bennu samples, this AO allows simultaneous requests for samples from the two asteroids.

Proposers who wish to submit a proposal for AO2026 are required to submit a Notice of Intent (NOI) by April 22 (UTC 23:59). After registration, full proposals can be submitted by April 30 (UTC 23:59).
